Senior Trial Project Manager / Trial Technician
Ross Baron has been a Trial Presentation Consultant / Trial Technician, working to obtain major litigation victories, for over a decade. Ross is a Certified TrialDirector Trainer and has advanced training in Sanction, and experience utilizing all of the major trial litigation presentation software packages. Other areas of expertise include, courtroom technician “Hot Seat” operation, professional audio-visual equipment, legal video and audio editing, videography and photography.
Mr. Baron is a veteran trial technician with courtroom experience in many civil legal proceedings including entertainment, employment, family law, class actions, construction defect, fraud, contract disputes, insurance, personal injury, wrongful death, real-estate, medical malpractice, asbestos and many others.
Highlights for Ross Baron over the past decade include a trial in Los Angeles County, where Mr. Baron?was the trial presentation technician for the trial team that received the largest US verdict of 2008, in Boeing Satellite Systems International Inc. v. ICO Global Communications Ltd. In another trial of note Mr. Baron helped defend billions of dollars in company and personal assets as the trial presentation consultant in Charles Brandes v. Linda Brandes, a family law proceeding in San Diego County. Mr. Baron also served as one of the consultants working with Wasser, Cooperman & Carter and the Jamie McCourt trial team in Jamie McCourt v. Frank McCourt, more commonly known as the The Dodger Divorce. More recently a victory for Centerline Solutions Inc. and Mr. Baron was a $21.7 million product liability verdict in Fabiola Esparza v. Polaris Industries Inc. in Los Angeles County.
Before working in the legal technology field,?Mr. Baron worked for The Boeing Leadership Center supporting presentations for world-class executive management training, international programs, and special events.
Mr. Baron holds a bachelor?s degree with a focus in recording arts and technology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
